Broadway Bound Children’s Theatre has been enriching the lives of children through theatre for over 30 years!  Our vision at Broadway Bound is to help children and teens develop core life values through the tradition, process, and discipline of live musical theatre.

We are accepting resumes for the following positions for our 2026/2027 Season.

Year-Round Staff

Production Manager – Start Date: September 21st, 2026
Compensation starts at $27/hr
Part-time with 15-30 hours expected

Crew Positions – Temporary Positions
(Updated hourly rates for 2027 will be updated October 1.)

Load-in, changeover, and strike crews – $22/hr
Stage Crew/ASMs – $22/hr for 2026. 
Electricians – $27-30/hr

YOU’RE A GOOD MAN, CHARLIE BROWN –

Load-in – November 2nd-November 13th
Designer run through last performance – November 5th-December 20th

GUYS AND DOLLS –

Changeover/Load-in – December 28th-January 5th
Designer run through last performance – December 16th-February 7th

Broadway Bound does not offer a travel stipend or housing. All applicants must agree to a background check after the interview process and before working with children in accordance to RCW 49.94.010.
