Camp Registration Request Form

Please fill out the form below if you would like to make a change to your Summer Camp Registration. Due to the change of price in our camps, we will be refunding all families that difference unless you would like one of the options below. 
1. To leave any amount as a donation to help support our program.
2. To leave any amount as a credit for future use
3. To cancel your spot in our summer camps and get a full refund.
4. If there is something else you would like, simply tell us and we will do our best to do that.

If we do not hear from you, we will assume that you will still be participating in camp and will begin the process of refunding the Monday that your camp begins the reimbursements for $150 for the price difference if you paid the full amount for the in person camps. Depending on when you registered for camp we may be sending your refund as a check due to our card processing sites refund process. If we do need to send a check you will receive an email to confirm your address.

Please be patient with us as we only have 1 staff member who will be processing all the requests and refunds. It may take up to 3 weeks to process all the refunds.

You should receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed and then see the funds in your account within 2-3 days.

Please do not fill out the form if you are still participating in camp and simply would like a refund of your remaining summer camp balance.

  • Please include your order number from your confirmation email
